Usage
Extra long drills are recommended for deep-hole drilling by means of jig bushes of parts made of unalloyed or alloyed steel, cast steel up to 900N/mm², grey-, malleable- or nodular cast iron, sintered steel etc. It is necessary to prevent from flute-stopping by frequent withdrawing the drill. It is necessary to reduce the recommended cutting conditions regarding to the insufficient supply of the cutting fluid. |
